Powder Technic automated flour dosing for Porokylän Leipomo Oy's new Market bakery.
The delivery is comprised of an IBC doser in the storage area, a vacuum conveyor, flour scale and dosing automation.
Flour dosing at the push of a button
The baker only needs to enter the desired flour quantity on the control panel and then press the "Start" button. Then, the set quantity of flour will be conveyed from the IBC station in the storage area to the flour scale by vacuum conveyor, cleanly and without any dust. The dose is dropped from the flour scale into the dough mixer.
IBC handling is safe and dust-free
IBC handling is made safe and ergonomic by the use of electric lifts. The IBC is hoisted into the IBC rack by pressing the buttons on the lift remote control and then lowered onto the safety ring. Then, the IBC bottom valve can be safely opened through the dustproof access hatch. After the IBC has been opened, the hatch is closed for a fully dust-free structure.
