The bakery's main products are rye and oat breads as well as ry-potato breads, which are extremely popular all over Finland. The bakery's production technology is highly automated, thus allowing for a small staff of approximately 15 employees.
Powder Technic automated the bakery's raw ingredient dosing in 2006
The delivered system was a POWDERMATIC© automatic doser for 3 big bags and 6 small ingredients as well as 1 dosing station for dough hoppers. Powder Technic integrated an existing Spiromatic silo to its PLC control. Raw ingredients are automatically dosed from the automatic dosers in the powder storage area to the dough hopper dosing stations in the main hall using pneumatic underpressure conveyors. All of this is controlled by the versatile, user-friendly Powder Technic recipe dosing automation. Operation of the dosing system is dust-free, precise, efficient and easy.
Today, after 10 years in use, the equipment has proven to be extremely reliable and low-maintenance.
