Powder Technic dosing system to Latvijas Maiznieks

A Latvian industrial bakery Latvijas Maiznieks has selected Powder Technic as its dosing system supplier.The delivery contains an automated dosing of dry and liquid ingredients needed for the dough.Powder Technic makes the delivery in co-operation with Leipurin, which is Powder Technic's partner in Latvia.

 NEW SILOS FOR BAKERY FLOURS

Powder Technic's delivery includes three 80 cubic meter silos. Silos are equipped with Powder Technic's fluidisation bottoms to ensure a steady flow on flour and silo weighing equipment for measurement of material in the silo.
The silos are also equipped with load cells for accurate weight measurement. The filling request for the silos is submitted automatically to the flour mill. 

INTEGRATION OF CUSTOMER'S LIQUID TANKS TO THE PLC CONTROL

The delivery includes automatic dosing of water,oil and liquid yeast. Powder Technic's integrates customer's oil and liquid yeast tanks to its PLC controls.

NEW PNEUMATIC CONVEYOUR LINE AND SCALE HOPPER

The delivery includes new pneumatic conveyor lines from new outdoor silos to the new 200 l scale hopper. 

MANUAL DOSING CONNECTED TO QUALITY CONTROL

The manual weighing and dosing of micro ingredients and ingredients outside automatic dosing is done be Powder Technic's Manual weighing table that is linked to Recipe-dosing software.

DOSING AUTOMATION CONTROLS AND MONITORS DOSING ACTIONS

In accordance with the product recipes, the recipe dosing system doses six 300-litre raw ingredient batches an hour. The active dosing accuracy maintenance automation monitors dosing accuracies and raw ingredient stock levels. Dosing actions and raw ingredient consumption reports for a desired time period are saved in the system and can be used for a variety of purposes.
