We are happy to announce that one Finland's biggest privately-owned bakeries, Pulla-Pirtti Oy, has selected us as the supplier of the new Ingredient Dosing System to their bakery in Oulu. The new dosing system project is the second largest project in Powder Technic's history.
" We are of course extremely happy of this new project with Pulla-Pirtti", says Powder Technic's CEO Tuomo Kousa. "This high-performance dosing system will be capable of dosing up to 20 batches per hour and will include all our latest patented innovations such as Powdermatic Ultrafast and Anti-Dust scale hoppers.The system's performance will be optimized by our Dose-Track IoT software and it will be connected to Microsoft NAV for process and quality control", Kousa continues.
